Precision Trainer

Sean Marcolus is the owner and main trainer at No Limit Fitness. After high school, Sean chased his love of soccer all the way to Hiram on a scholarship. He was only there for a year after a soccer injury caused him to be unable to play. He came back to Richmond Hill and fell in love with the training world. He began doing shows and getting his training certification. After working as a trainer at another facility, he decided to venture out on his own and No Limit Fitness was born. He is extremely experienced and continues to train for shows. Sean believes that working out isn’t just going to a gym and doing something written down or found on the internet. He believes it is all about focus and determination outside the gym with every daily choice from food to activities. He understands that not everyone and every facility is made the same and makes it his mission to make everyone work to be the best version of themselves.

Elite Trainer

Christie Nix, is an Army wife and busy mom of three. She graduated as a NCAA Division 1 college athlete and earned her Bachelors in Exercise Science and Kinesiology with a minor in Business. Now as a busy mom of 3 and army wife she knows how important it is to find a forever fit, creating those healthy habits that can be maintained on autopilot when life gets hectic. The frustrations of pregnancy weight gain and postpartum caused her to lose sight of taking care of herself and obsess about being a certain size. It took three pregnancies to understand that her body is fit if she trains it to be, regardless of how it looked. It’s always been more than a workout, it’s life expressed through movement, creating more not obsessing about less. Striving for progress and not perfection keeps her motivated and craving more; discovering her inner athlete and helping you do the same. Christie has been featured in Gorgo Women's Fitness Magazine as a cover model and featured trainer. She also challenges her inner athlete by competing in Figure, Fitness, and Powerlifting.

Trainer

Taylor Parrish, is a certified trainer through the National Council of Strength and Fitness (NCSF). She recently graduated from the University of West Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in business management. She is an active member in crossfit and plans on achieving her USA weightlifting certification. She has a passion for all things fitness and loves trying new workouts. She enjoys being to help motivate and push people to their fitness goals and also help them build up their confidence. After going to school in Carrollton, Georgia, for the past four years, she found her love for fitness and health after training at the University of West Georgia gym specifically.

Group Trainer

Mandy Avery is an army wife and mom of three young boys. After her own personal weight loss journey, Mandy fell in love with fitness and helping others. She is an ACE certified group fitness instructor and a Schwinn certified indoor cycling instructor. She has been actively working in the group fitness industry for the last 3 years. She has a bachelor's degree from Liberty University. Her philosophy is that fitness includes both mind and body and she works to integrate the two in her training. Mandy is passionate about health, fitness, and helping others throughout their fitness journey.

Wellness Educator

Shannon Dombkowski is a personal trainer, health coach, and wellness educator. She is dedicated to empowering her clients to overcome the frustrating cycle of starting and stopping on their path to improved health. For 2 years she's been working closely with clients to help them push through their mental blocks and crush their goals. She specializes in mindset growth, nutrition coaching, quick but effective workouts, and healthy habits that benefit the whole family. Her own experience with weight loss, disordered eating, and negative mindset allow her to relate to her clients on a deeper level. Shannon is a native of Massachusetts but currently lives in Richmond Hill with her husband, 3 daughters, and lazy dog.
